  1. Orders
    • Our Site will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your Order to Us you will be given the opportunity to review your Order and amend it.  Please ensure that you have checked your Order carefully before submitting it.
    • No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance.  Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept.  Our acknowledgement of receipt of your Order does not mean that we have accepted it.  Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending you a Dispatch Confirmation by email.  Only once We have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation will there be a legally binding Contract between Us and you.
    • If We, for any reason, do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances.  If We have taken payment any such sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days.
  2. Goods
    • All Goods are made in the same environment as nuts so we cannot guarantee they are free from nut traces.
    • In the event that the price of Goods you have ordered changes between your Order being placed and Us processing that Order and taking payment, you will be charged the price shown on Our Site at the time of placing your Order.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from Us correspond to the actual Goods.  Please note, however, the following: Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only.  There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions; Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only, the actual packaging of Goods may vary.

  • We try our very best to ensure that all prices shown on Our Site are correct at the time of going online.  We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary.  Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
  • Unless you are an authorised partner or stockist, resale and offering any of our product for sale is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to take legal action in respect of any resale.
  • If we are unable to supply you with a product because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order.
  1. Delivery

4.1 Delivery shall be deemed complete once We have delivered the Goods to the address including, where relevant, any alternative address provided in your Order.

  • The risk in the Goods shall remain with Us until they come into your physical possession.
  • All Goods purchased through Our Site will normally be delivered within the times given on the Site during the Order process. During peak periods (Ramadhan and wedding season) we have the right to send goods 1 to 3 days earlier to ensure they arrive by the specified date.
  • If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery for any reason from us, we will notify you immediately.
  • If We are unable to deliver the Goods on the delivery date (if, for example, no one is available at your address to receive the Goods) We will follow any delivery instruction you may have given or attempt to leave your goods in a safe place. If this is not possible, our carrier will leave a note advising of where your goods have been returned to, and how to either arrange re-delivery or collect them.
  • We aim to deliver on the date we agree on the website or any other official social media site, we hold no responsibility if there are delays by the courier.
  • We use multiple couriers, including Parcelforce, Hermes, UPS and Royal Mail.
  • We ensure your goods leave our possession in the highest standard, therefore hold no liability if your product has been damaged in transit.
  • We reserve the right to amend delivery charges where necessary
  1. Faulty or damaged goods
    • We ensure our products are to the best standards prior to leaving our possession, we hold no liability if your product has been damaged during transit.
    • Any products you receive from us that you have not purchased must be returned to our company address.
    • If you are not entirely satisfied with our product(s), you must notify us immediately (within 48 hours) to ensure a reasonable solution can be agreed, any complaints logged out of the 48 hour window maybe dismissed.
    • Evidence must be provided in order to carry out an investigation for any damaged goods.
  2. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
    • We try our very best to ensure you receive your products purchased from us in the perfect condition, in any case this has not been met from us, we are happy to accept your return within 14 days and offer you a replacement or refund.
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours and will be offered a full refund.
    • If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing your order, you may only be issued a partial refund.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on any personalised orders cancelled after 48 hours.
    • We allow up to 14 days from the date you place your order to contact us in relation to any issue or complaint regarding your order. We are unable to investigate any issue after this amount of time has lapsed and are unable to offer you a replacement or refund.
    • To return goods, please contact us first to inform us of the reason for return via email on info@dateemporium.co.uk, goods must be returned to: 374 Railway street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 0JD.
    • All refunds will be processed immediately for orders that are liable for a refund.
    • In the event of an investigation, where applicable, all refunds will be processed upon the completion of the investigation.
    • We will refund the delivery charge you may have paid along with the order value if you are entitled to a full refund.
    • If you are entitled to a refund you may also request the refund value to be applied on to a gift card.
    • We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
    • If you are required to return any products back to us, you will be responsible for arranging the delivery, and any reasonable cost for returning will be reimbursed.
  3. Personalised messages
    • We reserve the right to reject any personalised orders if we feel they are deemed to be:
  • Discriminatory, offensive or contain sexual or non-appropriate language.
  • Enticing hate or harm towards an individual or a particular group.
  • Defamatory in nature.
  • Misinterpreted by the wider community or viewed as inappropriate.
  • Politically motivated.

    • We accept payments by Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.
    • Please ensure all payment details are correct prior to purchasing from our website as we will not be responsible for any orders being held back due to incorrect or invalid payments details given.
  2. Promotions
    • We reserve the right to withdraw, amend and change promotions at any time.
  3. Gift cards
    • Gift cards are only accepted on and can only be used on our site.
    • In order to make a purchase with our gift card, simply enter the gift card number at the checkout to redeem towards your purchase.
    • Any balance remaining on your gift card will remain on the gift card.
    • Gift cards cannot be purchased toward purchasing another gift card.
    • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or refund.
    • Gift cards are sent via email and are only in a digital format.
    • Gift card are not cheque deposits, debit or credit cards.
